2. DOW Distinguished Lecture – 3/20/14

Come listen to the esteemed William D. Nix speak about the Fracture of Silicon Nanopillars during Electrochemical Lithium Insertion.

When: Thursday, March 20th, 2014, 4-5 PM
Where: Sibley Auditorium in Bechtel Engineering Center

Professor Nix is the Professor Emeritus of Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University and has been recognized by numerous prestigious honors, including membership in both the National Academics of Science & Engineering.

3. Glow in the Dark Capture the Flag – 3/20/14

Join us this Thursday for a night of food, bonding, and fun in this joint event between MSEA and AIChE. We will start the night with a barbecue (yes, that means Free Food) as the sun sets, then proceed to run amok with glow in the dark Capture The Flag!

When: March 20th, 2014, 7 PM
Where: Faculty Glade
